Sariel is the COO of Q Behavioral Thinking and an experienced project manager and group facilitator. He holds a master's degree in organizational consulting and development with a specialization in NGOs from Bar-Ilan University. Sariel has over 12 years of experience managing programs and organizations in community and social fields. He served as the Director of Innovation in Beit Shemesh Municipality and the community manager in Kibbutz Ein Gedi, leading various non-profit programs. He is inspired by people, insights, and creating change.
