Anat is an expert in behavioral economics with extensive experience in research and consultancy. She co-founded IDeCision, an applied center for decision-making at Reichman University, and co-directs the "Social Psychology in the Real World" community. Anat is an adjunct professor at Reichman University, teaching in the MA programs for Social Psychology and Behavioral Economics. She holds a BSc in Psychobiology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and an MA in Social Psychology from Reichman University. Currently, she is working on her doctoral research on sustainable decision-making.

Barak is an innovation consultant and design thinking expert with an MDes degree in Design and Innovation Management from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and an MA in Management and Public Policy from Ben Gurion University. As co-founder and COO of the social startup Matchers, Barak specializes in workshop guidance and innovation processes with a human-centered design approach and creative thinking strategies. He is dedicated to problem-solving and promoting entrepreneurship.

Eitan is an experienced consultant and facilitator of change, specializing in developing tools and supporting teams, leaders, and managers in solving complex problems through systemic thinking and non-linear problem-solving techniques. He holds an MA in Education Management from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.

Eyal is the Professional Director of Q Behavioral Thinking, living between Israel and Germany. He is a cognitive scientist with a PhD in cognitive psychology from Tel Aviv University, in which he focuses on subjective aspects of visual consciousness and attention. Eyal specializes in creating knowledge maps, reviews, benchmarking, hypothesis generation, experiment design, and data analysis. He has extensive experience working with the public and third sectors, particularly in the social fields of aging and disabilities. Eyal is also an artist exploring the connections between art, science, and algorithms.
Data Scientist & Artist
Haggai is a social and political psychologist specializing in behavior research and design. He holds a PhD in political psychology from the Hebrew University, where he studied the formation and change of political images in moral contexts. Haggai provides consulting services in strategic communications, branding and messaging, measurement and evaluation, and public opinion research. He also hosts and produces two podcasts: "The Spinner - Behind the Scenes of Politics" and "No Comparisons".
Political & Social Psychologist
Lotan has served as Chief of Projects at Kayma, a company led by Professor Dan Ariely, for the past three years. The company integrates technology development and behavioral economics to conduct large-scale national experiments. Lotan advises the public sector and government ministries on projects in education, health, transportation, and credit card usage. Previously, she was the Spokesperson for MK Roy Folkman, an officer in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, and worked in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office in intelligence. She holds a BA in International Relations and East Asia Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In her previous role as CEO of Direct Polls, Lotan leads a research company aiding decision-makers with data-driven decisions.

Maya is an expert in the behavioral and psychological aspects of product work and strategy in the tech industry, as well as the intersection of psychology and AI. She is an adjunct professor at Reichman University, teaching in the master’s program for Behavioral Economics. Previously, she served as Head of Strategy at Kayma and held positions on the Board of Directors and investment committee of the national student union. Maya holds a double-major BSc in Mathematics and Humanities, a master's degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University, and a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Reichman University.

Noam is a service designer and customer experience expert with a BA in Product Design. He has designed products and experiences in leading design agencies in London, Tokyo, and Copenhagen. Since returning to Israel, Noam has focused on creating new products, services, and experiences by collaborating with psychologists and anthropologists. He uses his human-centered design experience to help organizations tackle complex business challenges that have a strong behavioral component to them.

Ori is an experienced product manager and entrepreneur. For the past decade, he has built products and led teams at tech startups, scaling them to large companies with millions of users. Joining companies as the first product person, Ori uses unconventional solutions to drive user adoption and success. At Q, he focuses on product challenges, including growth, acquisition, retention, and engagement, by applying proven behavioral methods and insights. Being interested in everything that’s interesting - Ori connects the dots to bring insights, examples and solutions from a variety of fields. Ori has a technical background as an IDF programmer, speaks tech, loves the internet and is looking forward to all the possibilities the future will bring.

Oshri is a skilled quantitative and qualitative researcher in customer experience and behavioral economics, specializing in generating actionable insights erving various business and social goals. At Strauss-Water, he identified implicit consumer needs, driving market penetration and product development. Utilizing an interdisciplinary approach, his projects have led to significantly increased conversion rates. As Senior Researcher and Head of Innovation at Beterem-Safe Kids Israel, he applied data-driven resource allocation to double intervention effectiveness and enhance program evaluation methodologies. Oshri holds a BSc and MA in Cognitive Science from the Hebrew University, with additional studies at the Institute for Logic, Language, and Computation in Amsterdam.

Roy is the founder of Q Behavioral Thinking and a senior innovation facilitator at SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking). He holds an MA in Cognitive Psychology from Tel Aviv University and has over a decade of experience leading innovation projects in multinational corporations and startups across more than twenty countries. Roy specializes in behavior design, creative problem-solving, decision-making, and systematic innovation, delivering talks and workshops on these topics.

She Designs and improves user's experience in mobile and web products such as complex SaaS and local systems, application and websites while focusing on the user's journey to encourage engagement and conversion. Sariel is the COO of Q Behavioral Thinking and an experienced project manager and group facilitator. He holds a master's degree in organizational consulting and development with a specialization in NGOs from Bar-Ilan University. Sariel has over 12 years of experience managing programs and organizations in community and social fields. He served as the Director of Innovation in Beit Shemesh Municipality and the community manager in Kibbutz Ein Gedi, leading various non-profit programs. He is inspired by people, insights, and creating change.

Tom is a behavioral scientist specializing in the design and analysis of behavioral experiments. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology, a Master's in Cognitive Sciences, and an LLB in Law, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. As a Fulbright and Rothschild postdoctoral fellow at USC, Tom has published her research in leading academic journals. She is an expert in data analysis using various statistical methods. In addition, Tom has served as a methodological consultant and taught advanced research methodologies and social psychology. Outside academia, she has practiced education law and led research at the Israeli Forum for Impact Economy. Currently, Tom consults and conducts evaluative research for various social funds and organizations.
